METHOD
- Tip sesame seeds into a cold wok and heat over high heat, stirring until sesame seeds are golden. Remove to a plate.
- Reheat wok over a high heat until very hot. Add oil and swirl to coat the wok. Add the Broccolini® and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 2 tsp water, cover and cook for 30 seconds until bright green.
- Combine the soy, honey and sesame oil, pour over the Broccolini® and stir-fry for 1 minute until hot. Scatter over the sesame seeds and serve.
