3 Qukes® baby cucumbers
1 cup chilled coconut water
1 granny smith apple, quartered, cored
20g baby spinach
6 mint leaves
Tip: Blanching Broccolini® gives a brighter colour and sweeter flavour. Blanch a few bunches at a time and keep in the fridge all week to make daily smoothie. Variations: Add a 2cm piece of peeled, freshly chopped ginger; or 2 tsp honey; 1 celery stick; 1 small banana
