2 long dried red chillies, stem removed
2/3 cup boiling water
2 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled

50 grams premium dark chocolate, chopped

Cooking Tip: To remove the skin from tomatoes, cut a cross in base tomatoes. Place in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand 2 minutes. Remove to a bowl of iced water then drain. Use a small knife to peel, starting from the base where tomato was cut.
